A private family is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Holistic Chef, expert in culinary nutrition, to cater for a family of 4 on a full-time basis. The chef must be able to work around the strict dietary requirements of the family to create and craft recipes around plant-based, healthy, clean cooking and a free-from diet, using the best seasonal ingredients. The family enjoys a variety of cuisines from Japanese to Mexican, from Italian to contemporary European at a Michelin star level. Menus must be exciting with variety, innovation and creativity. Presentation of dishes is expected to be exceptionally appealing.
The Head Chef will also be responsible for the administration of the kitchen, including health & safety, hygiene regulation, food stock management, food sourcing and requisitions, department inventory, maintaining the kitchen environment at a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
