Notification of Engagement

You (The Client) will notify Leiths immediately after the engagement of an applicant introduced by Leiths

Fees

In the case of a single event for example a dinner, lunch or canapé party a one-off fee of £36 inc VAT is payable by credit card once a cook has been secured

A repeat fee will be payable for any subsequent, single engagement of the applicant by the Client, or if the Client engages the applicant on a different basis. For extended engagement of the applicant a fee of £240 inc VAT is payable at the point of booking.

Refunds

No refund will be made in respect of temporary or casual engagements; however, if the applicant is unable to undertake the engagement, Leiths will use reasonable endeavours to find a replacement.

Confidentiality

All details supplied by Leiths to the Client are strictly confidential. If a third party wishes to engage an applicant following an introduction by the Client, the Client will be responsible for payment of the fees to Leiths.

Liability

Leiths will use reasonable endeavours to identify an applicant to suit the requirements of the Clients. However the Client will be responsible for establishing the suitability of the applicant.
