Booking a Cook

Please let us know straight away if you book a cook introduced to you by us

Fees

For a one-off, private event such as a dinner, lunch or canapé party we charge an agency fee of £30 inc VAT. We ask that you pay this at the point at which you book your cook – preferably by credit card or bank transfer.

If you’re thrilled with your cook and book them again for another event there is a repeat fee. If you’re so thrilled with your cook that you decide to use them regularly over a period of time, the fee will be a one-off payment of £192 inc VAT for unlimited usage.

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds for one-off bookings, but if your cook is unable to cater for your event, we will do everything we reasonably can do to find a replacement.

Confidentiality

Please remember that your cook’s contact details are strictly confidential and shouldn’t be passed on to anyone else. If a friend or colleague wants to book your cook they should get in touch with us. If they book your cook following an introduction by you, you’ll be liable for the agency fee.

Liability

We’ll always do our best to find you the right cook for your event, but we rely on you to take up references, check their medical and work permit position (if relevant) and decide upon their suitability.
