Booking a Cook

Please let us know straight away if you book a cook introduced to you by us

Fees

Here’s what we charge for short to longer term roles (these prices include the VAT)

Weekend cook £60
1 week £120
2-4 weeks £144
Regular use of cook £192
5-weeks – 6 months £36 per week
1-5 cookery lessons £72
Permanent 10% of annual salary (full-time or part-time)

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds for temporary or casual engagements; however, if your cook is unable to undertake the job, we will do everything we can to find a replacement.

If a permanent engagement is terminated fees will be refunded as follows:

	Weeks worked By applicant	Percentage of total Fees returned
	1-2	60%
	3-5	40%
	6-10	20%

The arrangements regarding refunds and replacements won’t apply unless the fees have been paid by you within 14 days of receipt of invoice and you have notified us in writing within 7 days of the end of the engagement.

Confidentiality

Please remember that your cook’s contact details are strictly confidential and shouldn’t be passed on to anyone else. If a friend or colleague wants to book your cook they should get in touch with us. If they book your cook following an introduction by you, you’ll be liable for the agency fee.

Liability

We’ll always do our best to find you the right cook for your event, but we rely on you to take up references, check their medical and work permit position (if relevant) and decide upon their suitability.
